AHIMSA Team Participates in POSH Training to Strengthen a Safe and Inclusive Workplace

The Association for Human Integrated Massive Social Action (AHIMSA) proudly participated in a comprehensive Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) training session on 27 July 2026. Representing AHIMSA, Mrs. Soosai Mary and Mrs. Mageswari attended the programme, reinforcing the organization & commitment to maintaining a workplace founded on respect, dignity, equality, and inclusion. The training provided valuable insights into the provisions of the POSH Act, the importance of preventing workplace harassment, and the shared responsibility of every employee in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive work environment. The session also enhanced participants & understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and the procedures for promoting a culture of accountability and trust.
At AHIMSA, we believe that a positive workplace culture is built through continuous learning, mutual respect, and ethical practices. Investing in awareness and capacity-building initiatives such as POSH training enables us to create an environment where every individual feels safe, valued, and empowered. We remain committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that upholds the highest standards of professionalism and respect for all. Together, we continue to build a safer, stronger, and more equitable future.
